At Mahadev Nursery, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in packaging and delivering healthy plants and quality gardening products. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if the product is:

• Damaged during transit

• Defective on arrival

• Incorrect item delivered

Requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof (images or videos).

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the perishable and natural nature of plants, the following items are non-returnable:

• Live plants (once delivered in healthy condition)
• Seeds and soil products
• Customized or special-order items
• Used or damaged products after delivery

Return Process

To request a return, contact our customer support team with your order ID, issue details, and photo/video proof. Once approved, return instructions will be shared.

Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after verification. Refunds will be made through the original payment method.

Replacement Policy

In eligible cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
